... und dann gehen zuerst die Autobauer konkurs, und später geht uns auch noch das Öl aus!
Der Film erinnert mich übrigens an die Szenen auf dem menschlichen Kreuzfahrtsraumschiff im Pixar-Streifen Wall-E. Ich weiss nicht, wie viele Zuschauer es bemerkt haben, aber wenn das keine subtile Persiflage auf das heutige (fette, naive) Amerika gewesen ist ...

Wird GM je wieder profitabel?
In fact, it may not be the bankruptcy of GM itself that will amaze and appall the other nations of the world, so much as the US government's pretense that the company can return to health in just a little while and pay back all the money that the citizenry has allowed to be sucked into its black hole of losses.
