pip: pycurl: Could not run curl-config: [Errno 2] No such file or directory

Damit pip das Paket pycurl installieren kann, müssen auf dem Debian-System folgende Pakete installiert sein:

# apt-get install libcurl4-openssl-dev libssl-dev
